- Do you charge per student?
- No. All plans are one flat monthly fee per school. Grow from 20 students to 200 without your invoice changing.
- What does onboarding cost?
- Nothing on Starter and Growth. Enterprise schools with complex migrations get a dedicated onboarding engineer — included in the first month at no additional charge.
- Is there a setup fee?
- No setup fees. No activation fees. No per-cohort fees. You pay the plan price, nothing else.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes — up or down, at any time. Billing prorates automatically.
- Do students or clinic clients pay anything?
- No. MEOS is billed to the school. Students have no account fee, clinic clients have no booking fee. Stripe processing fees on tuition payments are the standard ~2.9% + $0.30 passed through at cost.
- What if I only need the CRM?
- Starter is the CRM-plus-payments tier. If you don't run a student clinic yet, Starter is the right plan. You can upgrade the day you add a clinic.
